Mamas, we hear you.

We know you want to invite your babies to a better understanding of their bodies.

But WANTING to do it and actually having the tools to do it are two different things, so we thought we would give you a place to come lay down the burden and pick up a trick or two.

Join us on November 4th for the next session of Building Body Trust where we will sit around the table and share our collective wisdom about teaching these babes how to love themselves through and through.
